Site Rules

We have a few house rules to ensure that everyone enjoys themselves, so please do not book if you cannot adhere to them.

  • Lyndon Top Caravan Park is a park catering to a family audience. We do not accept single-sex parties or groups. Anyone not upholding the good atmosphere or ruining the enjoyment of other guests will be asked to leave without reimbursement

  • Maximum speed limit on the park is 5mph

  • Be considerate - strictly no music and noise should be kept to a minimum at all times

  • Open fires are not allowed on the park. Portable BBQs & fire pits are permitted, but stands must be used

  • Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and not cause a nuisance to other guests. Any fouling must be cleaned up straight away and disposed of in the bin

  • Units must be spaced 6 metres apart

  • Wet & windy weather is beyond the control of the site; reimbursements will not be given as a result of the effects of the weather

  • Ball games are not permitted between units

  • Please dispose of all litter in the bins provided. Please leave pitches clean and tidy for the next person when departing

  • Visitors are welcome but their cars must be parked in the visitors’ car park

  • The barriers are there for the security of all of our guests and so we know who is on site at all times. For this reason, it is forbidden to give your barrier code to anyone else, for any reason

  • The use of drones is not permitted

  • Liability is not accepted by the company for accidents to clients or their guests, or for the loss or damage to personal property

  • The site wardens have the right to refuse entry to anyone and their decision is backed fully by the management

On Site Facilities

We are pleased to announce that we will be accepting all units, including tents this season, as long as you have your own toilet and washing facilities.

Unfortunately our toilet block will remain closed hence why we can only accept units with their own facilities.

PLEASE NOTE:

We cannot allow multiple units sharing the same toilet facility

Arriving on site

When you arrive on site, please proceed straight to the double barriers and enter your barrier code which will be printed on your booking confirmation. If you arrive on site after 8pm, please turn right before you get to the barriers and proceed round the back of the barn to our late arrivals area.

Please be aware that our barriers are switched off completely between the hours of 11pm and 8am. During this time, entry & exit to the site will not be possible.

Cancelation Policy

At Lyndon Top Caravan & Camping, we understand that unexpected events can happen, and plans can change. That's why we always aim to be fair and accommodating to our valued customers.

However, we must inform you that we do not offer refunds for cancellation or no-shows. Nevertheless, in extreme circumstances, we will provide a credit for future bookings with us.

What do we mean by "extreme circumstances"? These are situations beyond anyone's control, such as severe illness, bereavement, natural disasters, or government-imposed travel restrictions. In such cases, we may require proof or documentation to support your request for a credit.

Please be aware that the credit is not transferrable and can only be used by the same person who initially made the booking. The credit will also be subject to availability and current pricing at the time of rebooking.
