Park Wardens

We are looking to appoint two campsite wardens to provide a great service to our campers whilst helping to maintain the facilities.

Lyndon Top is a family-friendly caravan & camping park running down to the shores of Rutland Water. We welcome bookings from families and couples looking to enjoy the wonders of the area. Camping in Rutland can provide a wonderful holiday for a wide range of people and has something to offer all visitors. The park is large enough to remain peaceful for those looking for a more tranquil, relaxing camping break.

What will you be doing?

Our campsite is a large site and is open all year. We are looking for 2 customer-focused individuals to join us for the 2025 season.

Starting in March 2025 and remaining on site until October 2025, your primary focus will be to ensure the safety and enjoyment of the campers. In this hands-on, physically demanding position, you’ll be the first point of contact for campers’ enquiries, providing excellent customer service at all times.

What do you need?

We are looking for you to have undertaken a previous season as a Campsite Assistant/Warden and have previous experience in a customer-orientated role, an understanding and ability to carry out general maintenance and a love of camping and caravanning.
